Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology associated with Human Pathology.

Cystic Fibrosis:
- Study of proteins, such as syntaxin 8, that bind to the regulatory domain (R) of CFTR (Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator).
- Clinical study of the relationship between asthma and CFTR mutations.

Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia:
- Comparison of Bcr-Abl transcription levels during the course of the illness and during treatment.
- Study of Bcr-Abl signal transduction to the actin cytoskeleton and to the Rho small G protein family.

Hemochromatosis and venous thrombosis: Genetic pathology associated with the Factors II & V.

Molecular evolution & cellular interactions:
- Study of the evolution of INK4a locus in primates.
